3. Service Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Court Decisions

While we meticulously structure every application according to established magistrate court standards and legal guidelines, Ready License cannot guarantee specific legal outcomes or court decisions.

All judicial rulings, ban lifting approvals, or re-issuance permissions rest entirely within the sole discretion of the presiding magistrates, court clerks, or official licensing authorities. Our service fee covers expert administrative preparation and advisory work, regardless of final court determinations.

4. Client Obligations & Information Accuracy

The success and speed of our administrative support rely directly on the information you provide. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Furnish accurate, complete, and truthful details regarding your conviction history, disqualification length, sentence terms, and current identity details.
• Promptly submit all requested documents, court correspondence, and character references required for pack compilation.
• Immediately notify us of any update or communication received directly from the court or DVLA/DVSA.

Ready License accepts no liability for delayed submissions, rejected court packs, or lost statutory eligibility caused by omitted, false, or misleading information provided by the applicant.

5. Strictly Compliant Operations

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards non-compliant practices. We do not participate in, support, or accept inquiries involving fake documentation, fraudulent driving records, or unlawful penalty point removal. Any client attempting to solicit non-compliant or illegal actions will have their service terminated immediately without compensation.

6. Fees, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Our fees cover the labor, expertise, and document creation involved in managing your case pack:

• Initial Case Audits: Payments for case audits and eligibility evaluations are processed before work begins.
• Custom Document Packs: Because our application structures and guidance files are customized to your specific sentence history, service fees become non-refundable once work on your file has commenced.
• Cancellation Requests: Cancellations requested before file compilation has begun may be eligible for a partial refund, minus standard administrative review charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, Ready License, its directors, and advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from court decisions, DVLA processing delays, missed hearing dates, or reliance on information contained on this website.
